The Frame Factory has been locally owned and operated by Bill Ebken since 1975 when he located the shop at its existing location. Technology and techniques for picture framing have changed over the years, but the attention to detail and design, the quality of workmanship, and the personalized service has remained constant. It is simply custom framing at its best!
Local Craftsmenship - Unlike the big box stores, we do all the picture framing in our frame shop, never subcontracting it to a large production facility. This allows us to offer faster turnaround, better quality, and the ability to remedy something should your original vision not be completed to your expectations.
Professional Picture Framers - Our employees are professionally trained and skilled picture framers. At our frame shop, we do not heavily use temporary, part-time help, and this is why you will often see the same friendly faces year in and year out.
